How-to

  1. Log into WebPams
  2. On the left, click on Grades
  3. Under the heading Entry, click on WebGradebook
  4. At the bottom of the WebGradebook, verify the school year and teacher. Choose the course then marking period
  5. Note: At this point, a decision needs to be made to either look at the marking period grades for one student or the whole class.
  6. If you want the report for the whole class skip the next step.
  7. If only looking at one student, click on that student's name.
  8. At the top of the WebGradebook, click on Reports from the drop down list.
  9. Select Grades. A new drop down list will appear to the right.
  10. Select Term Grades Report
  11. A sub menu will appear, select "Single Student" to print one student's marking period grades, or click "All Students"
  12. A print preview of the Term Grades Report will appear. At this time print or save the report
