How-to
- Click the Reports button at the top of the window.
- Select Parent Contact Counts by Staff/Student.
- Email - Total number of contacts made by email
- Phone - Total number of contacts made by phone calls
- Letter - Total number of contacts made by letter
- Conference - Total number of contacts made by having a conference
- Home Visit - Total number of contacts made by home visits
- Note - Total number of contacts made by school notes or teacher notes
- Other - Total number of contacts made by means other than the above mentioned
- No Contact - total number where no contact was made
- Total - Total number of contacts made
- You can toggle the tabs at the bottom of the report to view the list as By Teacher, By Student or By Grade.
