- Click on Reports button at the top of the window.
- Select Rosters from the drop down list. A new list will appear on the right.
- Select Emergency Contact Roster.
- This report will display emergency contact information.
- Check the box of the student to print their emergency contact.
- SIDNO - Student's identification number.
- Student Name - Name of the student.
- Emergency Address - The address of the emergency contact.
- Emergency Name - The name of the emergency contact.
- Emr Home Phone - The home phone number of the emergency contact.
- Emr Cell Phone - The cell phone of the emergency contact.
