Title - Title give to the page by the user.
Background Color - The color the user will see behind and between the portlets on the screen.
Border Width - The width, in pixels, of the boarder around the page.
Border Style - The type of boarder around the page (Solid line, Dotted line, Dashed line, etc.).
Border Color - The color of the boarder around the page.
Layout Margin - The number of pixels between the boarder and the edge of the page.
Member Margin - The number of pixels between the edge of the page and the portlets.
Note - Each portlet has an option for a page settings.
