How to
The Alert Code field is found on the Student Master at the bottom left of the screen. There are a variety of alert codes available such as notification of allergies, restriction on who may pick up the student, as well as several other codes. If an alert code has been entered, the background of the field will be red. Use the following steps to load alert codes quickly.
- Login to WebPams.
- Select Loaders under the Student Master program area on the left of the screen.
- Select Alert Code Loader.
Setup Box Option
- Verify Year, District, and School. These default values are based on your security settings.
- Select Grade. Leave the Grade field blank if all grade levels are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of “Grade” to select the desired grade level(s) to be included.
- To update Alert Codes you will need a list of all students based on the grade level selected above. Leave the code field blank.
- NOTE: Entering a code in this field will restrict the list of students to only those with the selected code. Only those students on the screen could be updated.
