This program will allow you to fill in information on a pre-printed diploma provided by the State Department of Education.


On the left navigation panel, select Student Master, Lists, and Print Student Diploma.


Setup Box Options

  1. To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
  2. For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
    • Student Name All Caps - Check to have the student names display in all caps.
    • Camelcase School Name - A typographical convention in which an initial capital is used for the first letter of a word forming the second element of a closed compound
  3. Click the OK to advance to the next page.


Column Headers

  1. To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.


To Print Diplomas

  1. Make sure diplomas have been loaded in the printer.
  2. Check student(s) on the list.
  3. Click Print Form at the bottom of the screen to print the diploma(s).
  4. Choose a Diploma type - Type of diploma being awarded the student.
    • LA Core 4
    • Career Diploma
    • Basic Core
    • Certificate of Achievement
  5. Adjust Signature position - Number of lines to move signature down. Zero is the default.
  6. Font Choices are Times New Roman and Champagne
  7. Click OK
  8. A print preview of the information to be printed on the diploma will appear.
  9. Un-check the option Fit to page
  10. Click Print
