TURN OFF POP-UP BLOCKER
- Top left of screen
- Click on “Tools”
- Choose “Options”
- Click on the Content
- Make sure there is not a check in:
- “Block pop-up windows”
- Click “OK”
TO CLEAR CACHE
- Top left of screen
- Click on “Tools”
- Choose “Options”
- Click on the Gear (Advanced)
- Choose the “Network” tab
- Beside “Cached Web Content”, Click on “Clear Now”
- Click “OK”
PRINT DRIVER
Go to the menu bar at the top and select tools->options Click on the button "Applications" In the search box you can type "PDF" Change the action (right hand side) to be "Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox)"
