1. Login to WebPams 2. Scheduling 3. Loaders 4. Block Fast Loader 5. Setup

    a. Year, District, School – Defaults based on security
    b. Grade – choose grade levels
    c. Defaults to current date
    d. Save Schedules as Manually Scheduled – Saves schedules that have been manually changed
    e. OK

6. All columns can be sorted by clicking on column heading or dropdown tab

TABS 1. Delete Block – deletes currently selected block 2. New Block – creates a block of classes for a teacher not assigned a block

a. Click on New Block and a box appears for you to fill out the information about the teacher and Save New
b. Next screen is a teacher’s homeroom schedule for their homeroom students
c. Complete the homeroom schedule and click on the “yellow x” to close
d. Students can be assigned to the teacher by checking the students on the left side of the screen and the teacher’s
     name on the right
e. Click on Schedule at the bottom 
f.  Blk numbers are updated

3. Change Block – change header information about a teacher 4. Schedule – schedules students to teacher’s block header 5. Select All Students – Checks all student’s names 6. De Select All Students – Unchecks all student’s name
