Print Roster Report video


Instructions for Printing a Roster Report

On the left navigation panel, select Grades, Entry, then WebGradebook.

  1. In the Setup Box verify District and School. The default values are based on your security settings.
  2. Click OK.
  3. At the bottom of the WebGradebook, verify the school year and teacher name. Choose the course then the marking period.
  4. Click the Reports button at the top of the window.
  5. Select Rosters and a menu list will appear on the right.
  6. Select Roster Report.


To print the report

  1. Click the print button at the bottom left of the screen.
  2. A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML.
  3. The default print format is PDF.
  4. Click the print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear.
  5. To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons.
  6. Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear; click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
