This program allows you to print cumulative card name labels for one, more than one, or all students.

Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

  • Exclude Special Codes--Select the codes for which you do not want a cumulative card label to be printed.
  • Select Label Type--The setup box shows the available label sizes and types for the labels. Information printed on the various sizes of labels will vary.
  • Starting Row--The specific row number on which the printer will start printing the label. If you wish to start printing on row 3, enter the number 3.

Click OK to move to the next screen.


To Print labels

  1. Be sure that labels have been loaded into the printer in the correct position.
  2. To print labels, either select all students by clicking the check box at the top left or select the check box to the left of individual student(s) names for which labels are needed.
  3. Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen and again on the print icon at the top right of the next screen.
  4. A Print Servlet will appear, make your selections and choose print.
