This report will give student data, all of the IEP dates and whether or not the student has exited SpEd and the reason.

On the left navigation panel, select Special Education, Lists, and Complete Sped Date.


Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.


For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

Check the box to the left of Exclude Exceptionalities 24 and 99, if these codes are to left out of the report.

Check Exclude Inactive Students if these students are not to be included in the report.


Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

For other columns not listed in the common column list:

  • Except-Exceptionality of the student
  • Sch-State number of the school
  • Stu Master-Indicated if the student has a record in the Student Master
  • Serv Term Date-Service Termination Date
  • Serv Term Reason-Service Termination Code
  • Exit DateProgram exit date
  • Reason-Exit Reason Code
