This program will provide you with a list of students with searchable assignment alpha grades from the teacher's gradebooks.
On the left, the Student Master panel should be open. Click on Lists, then select Assignment Grade Audit.
Setup Box Options
To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
- Teacher - If you want to further refine your search to a certain teacher(s), choose the appropriate teacher(s).
- Grade Type - Choose the grade of which you are searching.
- Marking Period - Choose the grading period from which you want to pull assignment grades.
Click OK after all fields of the setup box have been set as desired. A list of students will appear based on the settings of the setup box.
Column Headers
To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers. For other columns not listed in the common column list:
- Assignment - name of the assignment
- Asgn Grade - assignment grade
- Assigned - assigned date of the assignment
- Taught To - end date of the assignment
- Due - due date of the assignment
