Nurse Consultation Counts

This program will give a count of consultation by nurse. The numbers will represent the number of students and the number of consultations.

Under Counts, select Health on the panel on the left side of the screen.

Definitions of Column Headers

1. Select Health on the panel on the left side of the screen.
2. Under Counts, select Nurse Consultation Counts.
3. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
4. The next items are not found on the standard setup options document.

1. Nurses--The names of nurses that have reported consultations in the Health System
2. #Students--Number of students receiving a consultation from the nurse listed to left of the number. Click on the number and a list of student names will populate.
3. #Consults--Number of consults per nurse and a total number of consults that have been entered in the Health System. Click on the number and all of the consults will populate for each student.

Buttons at the bottom of the display

Setup--This allows you to change the values on the setup box without exiting the program.

Print--Use this button to print the report displayed on the screen. To find the print instructions, follow this link: Standard Print Options.

Help--This button links to the JCampus video and written instructions.
