This reports give information of ethnic enrollment and percent of disciplined of each.

How-To

On the left, click on Discipline. Under Discipline, click on the arrow to the left of the word List. Click on Suspensions by School and Ethnic Report.


Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

  • Referral Date From: The date defaults to the first day of school. User may change the date by using the drop down arrow(s) or by clicking on the calendar to the right of the cells.
  • Referral Date To: The date defaults to the last day of school. User may change the date by using the drop down arrow(s) or by clicking on the calendar to the right of the cells.

Click the OK to advance to the next page.

  1. Enroll: Enrollment of school
  2. W Enr: Number of white students enrolled
  3. W % Enr: Percentage of white population
  4. W Dis: Number of white students with a suspension

  6. B Enr: Number of black students enrolled
  7. B % Enr: Percentage of black population
  8. B Dis: Number of black students with a suspension
  9. B Dis: Number of black students with a suspension
  10. H Enr: Number of Hispanic students enrolled
  11. H % Enr: Percentage of Hispanic population
  12. H Dis: Number of Hispanic students with a suspension
