Once in Post Grades Master, click on the Admin at the top of the program and choose Destroy Progress Grades.
Setup Box Options
To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
- Grading Period - It is very important to choose the correct grading period since you are deleting ALL of the grades!
- Destroy only computer generated grades - Selecting this option will only allow the computer generated grades to be deleted. Hand entered grades will not be deleted.
Click on Destoy.
Answer Yes to the next pop up question if you want to continue or No to abort.
