This report breaks down discipline referrals by ethnics and gender.
How-To
On the left navigation panel, select Discipline, Count and Discipline Summary Report'.
Setup Box Options
To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
- Show: Click in the radio button to make the selection of Incident Count or Student Count.
- Show District Totals Only: Click in the square to select the district totals.
Click the OK to advance to the next page.
Column Headers
To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.
For other columns not listed in the common column list:
- Sch: Number of school
- White: Ethnicity
- Female: White female
- Male: White Male
- Black: Ethnicity
- Female: Black female
- Male: Black Male
- Hispanic: Ethnicity
- Female: Hispanic female
- Male: Hispanic Male
- Asian: Ethnicity
- Female: Asian female
- Male: Asian Male
- Native Amer/Alaskan Native': Ethnicity
- Female: Native Amer/Alaskan Native

Buttons at the Bottom of the Discipline Summary Report
- Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
- Print: This button allows the user to print the screen information in a variety of formats. Default is pdf format, but can be changed to xls (Excel), or csv (text).
- Help: This button is NOT activated.
