This program will create an audit of the dual enrollment courses in the transcript file for a specific year.
Video
On the left navigation panel, select Transcripts, List and Dual Enrollment Audit.
Setup Box Options
To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
- Missing select to list the students that are missing selected information about their dual enrollment courses.
- Include Current Year records select to include the current year's dual enrollment courses.
Click OK to advance to the next page.
Column Headers
To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.
For other columns not listed in the common column list:
- ST Gd: grade level of the student
- TR Gd: Student's grade level when the course was earned
- Sch: School number offering the course.
- Year: STS session year
- Course: Course student is enrolled .
- Term: Term of school year.
- Enrolled Dist: School district in which the student is enrolled.
- Enrolled Sch: School in which the student is enrolled.
- Post Secondary Site: post secondary site (college, etc.)
- College Hr: Number of college hours for the course.
- Honors: Marked by a D to signify a dual enrollment course.
Buttons at the Bottom of the Screen
- Setup: Allows you to return to the setup box and adjust the settings without exiting the program.
- Print: Click the Print button to obtain a printout of the report.
- To Print This Report: Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen. A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML. Click the Print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear.
- To See the Print Icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons. Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear; click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
