This report shows you current year GPA and a cumulative GPA for the current year.
On the left navigation panel, select Grades, Lists, and Current GPA Report .
Setup Box Options
To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
Other set up values not listed in the standard set up list: Cumulative GPA on
- Grading Period - Grading period grades
- Semester - Semester grades
- Final - Based on the Pupil Progression in the Sponsor Site
Update GPA is used to update GPA's before running the Current GPA report. It has it own setup that goes along with the standard setup options.
- Marking Period - select the marking period for which you are re-calculate grades.
- Calculate marking period gpa by course credit - use the course catalog credit for calculating gpa's
- Include incomplete grades in gpa calculation - The letter I would have a value in calculating the gpa
- Do not create gpa on incomplete grades - A student with an I for a grade would not be given a gpa.
