This program copies the current year Master Schedule to next year. It is normally only done once.

Create New Year Master Schedule video
How-to
Click on Scheduling, then Create New Year Mast Schedule under Entry.
- A set of options will appear on the screen. Verify that Year to Copy From: is set to the current school year (ex. "1314").
- Next, verify that Year to Copy To: is set to the upcoming school year (ex. "1415").
- Make sure that District and School are correct.
- Click OK to copy the Master Schedule from the current school year to the upcoming school year.
- Click Undo to remove the copied Master Schedule from the upcoming school year.
