These instructions will show you how to generate a student absentee statistics for your school.

  1. Login to WebPams.
  2. Select Attendance from program area on the left of the screen.
  3. Select Count.
  4. Under Lists, select Student Absentee Statistics.
  5. The Setup Box will appear on the screen.

Setup Box Option Verify Year, District, and School. These default values are based on your security settings. Select Grade. Leave the Grade field blank if all grade levels are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of “Grade” to select the desired grade level(s) to be included. Enter the From Date using either the month/day/year fields or the calendar icon to the right of the year field. Enter the To Date using either the month/day/year fields or the calendar icon to the right of the year field. Enter the Late From and Late To Select Skip Codes. These are non-attendance codes that you do not want to be considered for the report. Be sure to select all numeric codes for the same alpha code. For example, if you select 03 P to be skipped then you must also select 04, 11, 34, 37, 40, 42, 45, and 47. Print School Name if you want the school name to appear on the report. Show All Students to show all students enrolled at the school. Click on Letters and choose the letter to correspond to the student list on the next page. Also click on Reward and choose a Reward message to correspond to the student list on the next page.
