This program is used to check attendance for activities that the students are assigned to attend.
- Select Attendance on the panel on the left side of the screen.
- Under Lists, select Consecutive Absence Report.
- If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
The next items are not found on the standard setup options document.
- Post Date--The date of the activity. Student absences may be posted in the highlighted column for the correct date.
- Report Title--This field is for naming the report. This field must be filled in before running the report.
- Click OK to move to the next screen.
Definitions of Column Headers
- To find definitions of commonly used columns follow this link: Common Column Headers.
- The following column headers are not found on the Common Column Headers document.
- 1,2.....30,31--These headers represent the date for day of the month of the activity.
- Value--The user may use any of the values to mark a student absent or tardy. Click in the date column and an * will appear, then click on the letter that you have chosen to mark the student`s attendance.
- Description--Column is not used
Buttons at the bottom of the display
- Setup--This allows you to change the values on the setup box without exiting the program.
- Print--Use this button to print the report displayed on the screen. Refer to the instructions below for printing the report.
- Help--This button links to the JCampus video and written instructions.
To Print this Report
- Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
- A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML.
- The default print option will be PDF.
- Click the print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear.
- To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons.
- Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear.
- Click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
