This program prints documentations for state MFP (Minimum Foundation Program) audit.
- On the left, the Student Master panel should be open. Click on Lists.
- Under Lists, select State Auditor's Report and the Setup Box will appear.
- If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
- The next items are not found on the standard setup options document:

- Demographic Information Page
- Attendance Information
- Progress Report
- Enrollment History
- Student Information

- Click Ok to move to the next screen.

To Print this Report 1. Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen. 2. Select the box to the left of Name for all students or select individual students. 3. Click Print Audit Report at the bottom of the page and a print preview window will appear. 4. To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons. 5. Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear. 6. Click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
