How-to

  1. Log into WebPams
  2. Click on "Scheduling"
  3. Click on "Load Student Course Requests" under "Entry"
  4. On the setup box
    • Select the desired "Year". For this program, the "Year" should be the upcoming school year
    • "District" and "School" should be defaulted based on security
    • For "Stu Grades", select the grade level(s) of the students to put course request in for
    • Check the box by "Active Only" exclude those students who were dropped in the year selected
    • The date field below the "Active Only" box is to tell the system what date the "Active Only" option should be using to find active students
