Video
This program displays a list of students with a specific number of consecutive absences as indicated in the setup box values. The program will also provide a means of printing letters to parents/guardians notifying them of their child's attendance status. To print a letter requires a letter to be created in the Letters module under the student Master section of JCampus software.
- Select Attendance on the panel on the left side of the screen.
- Under Lists, select Consecutive Absence Report.
- If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
- The next item is not found on the standard setup options document.
- Absences--Enter the number of consecutive absences and then select either of the following conditions to the number of absences entered here
- greater than or equal (>=)
- equal (=)
- less than or equal (<=)
- Select the Letter to be printed. The available list of letters comes from the Letters module under the Student Master section on the left side of the screen.
- Absences--Enter the number of consecutive absences and then select either of the following conditions to the number of absences entered here
- Click OK to move to the next screen.
Definitions of Column Headers
- Select box--Click the check box for individual students that need to have a letter printed or select the box at the top of the display to select all students at one time if they are all to receive a letter
- School--Site code of the school in which the student is enrolled
- Last Name--Student's last name
- First Name--Student's first name
- Middle Name--Student's middle name
- Sidno--local ID of the student
- Ethnic--
- Gender--
- Days--
- Mother--
- Mother Home--
- Mother Cell--
- Father--
- Father Home--
- Father Cell--
- Guardian--
- Guardian Home--
- Guardian Cell--
