Get Discipline Frequency Video

How-to

  1. Log into WebPams page
  2. On the left, click on “Discipline”
  3. Under “Discipline”, click on the arrow to the left of the word “Trends”
    • Click on “Discipline Frequency Report” that appears under “Trends”
  4. Once the setup box appears, the following data should be set appropriately to receive accurate data:
    • “Year” should be set to the school year in which the report data need to be collected from
    • “District” and “School” should be defaulted based on the users security information
    • “Grades” should be left blank if all grade levels are to be included into the report. Otherwise click in the box to the right of “Grades” to select the desired grade level to be included
    • “Date From” and “Date To” should be set so that only the referrals created within that the date range specified are included on the report
    • “Show” should be set to the type of report desired:
      1. “Actions” will create a report listing the number of students and the number of referrals for each administrative action code on the “Admin” page
      2. “Hearings” will create a report listing the number of students and the number of referrals for each hearing result code on the “Hearings” page
      3. “Incidents” will create a report listing the number of students and the number of referrals for each incident code on referral page 1
      4. “SISIncidents” will create a report listing the number of students and the number of referrals for each SIS incident code that is on the Admin page for suspensions and corporal punishments
      5. “Locations” will create a report listing the number of students and the number of referrals for each Location code that is on the referral page 1
      6. “Month” will create a report listing the number of students receiving a referral and the number of referrals created during each month
      7. “Time” will create a report listing the number of students receiving a referral and the number of referrals created during each hour of the day
      8. “Staff” will create a report listing the number of students receiving a referral and the number of referrals created by staff member
      9. “Day” and “Month” graphs will look the same, but “Day” will show in the chart the number of referrals per day per month
      10. “DoW” will create a report listing the number of students receiving a referral and the number of referrals created during each day of the week
    • For “Sped”, select if you would like to include all students, special ed students only, or regular ed students only on the report
    • For “PBIS”, select if you would like all to include all referrals, major referrals only, or minor referrals only on the report
    • For “Referral Type”, select if the referrals to include are regular referrals or bus referrals
      1. Check “Primary Inc/Act Only” to only include the primary actions taken or the primary incidences only in the counts. Leave unchecked to include all actions taken and incidences
    • If students live on campus, referrals may be given outside of normal class times. “Run For” allows the report to be run with only referrals generated outside normal class times, only inside normal class times, or all.
  5. Click “OK” once all setup options have been set properly
  6. After clicking “OK”, a chart will appear on the left displaying the codes that are appropriate to the option selected on the setup box by “Show” and the number of referrals, students, averages number of referrals, and percentage of the student body associated with each code
  7. On the right is a graph displaying, by default, the number of referrals per code
  8. At the bottom of the graph is a set of buttons:
    • “Pie” will change the graph from a bar graph to a pie graph
    • “Ref” will change the graph to show by referrals per code
    • “Stu” will change the graph to show by student per code
    • “Freq” will change the graph to show by average student per code
    • “%” will change the graph to show by percentage of the student body per code
    • “Act” will change the graph to show the number of referrals per actions code
    • “Hear” will change the graph to show the number of referrals per hearing code
    • “Inc” will change the graph to show the number of referrals per incidents code
    • “SIS” will change the graph to show the number of referrals per SIS incidents code
    • “Loc” will change the graph to show the number of referrals per location code
    • “Mon” will change the graph to show the number of referrals per month code
    • “Time” will change the graph to show the number of referrals per time code
    • “Staff” will change the graph to show the number of referrals per staff
    • “Day” will change the graph to show the number of referrals per day code
    • “DoW” will change the graph to show the number of referrals per day of the week
  9. Click “Print” to get a print preview of the chart on the left of the page. Print or save the report
  10. Under the graph, there is a printer icon. Click the printer icon to get a print preview of the graph. Print or save the graph
