This report will give a list of students that have had a Social Security Number change during the date range given in the setup box.

How to

  1. Select Student Master from the program list on the left
  2. Click on Lists
  3. Select Old SSN Report
  4. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
  5. The next items are not found on the standard setup options document.
  6. Select Order to List
    • Alpha order
    • Current SSN order
    • Old SSN order
  7. Click Ok to move to the next screen.
  8. This report will include both old and new social security numbers along with the local student identification number.
