How-to

  4. To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
  5. For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
    • Under List If, check the desired requirements for students to appear on the report
    • Under Do Not List If, check the desired requirements for student to not appear on the report
  6. Click OK after all fields of the setup box have been set as desired. A list of students will appear based on the settings of the setup box
  7. All list programs are numbered along the left side so you can see a total.
  8. By clicking Print, you will be given a box that allows you to make a choice of saving or printing in different formats
    • By highlighting rows within the list and then clicking print, the rows highlighted will be the only rows printed
    • Click + Drag
    • Control + Click
