Video How-To

This report give the user a list of expulsions.

How-To

  1. On the left, click on Discipline
  2. Under Discipline, click on the arrow to the left of the word “List”
  3. Click on Recommended Expulsions that appears under List
  4. Once the setup box appears, the following data should be set appropriately to receive accurate data:
    • Year should be set to the school year in which the report data need to be collected from
    • District and School should be defaulted based on the users security information
    • Date From and Date To: This may be set by clicking on the down arrows or by clicking on the calendar at the right of the line.
  5. Show
    • Click in the radio button to may your choice of All students, Sped Only students or Non Sped.
    • Click in the square to the left of Show only students recommended for expulsion for these students to show
    • Click in the square to the left of Show only students without expulsion decision
  6. Click OK once all setup options have been set properly


Definitions for the Headers

  1. District: Student`s School District where Expulsion was recorded
  2. Year: School Year
  3. School: Student`s school number
  4. Sidno: Student`s ID number
  5. Last Name: Last name of student
  6. First Name: First name of student
  7. Middle Name: Middle name of student
  8. Code: Expulsion code
  9. Recommended For Expulsion: Displays if the student is recommended for expulsion
  10. Referral Date: Date of referral
  11. Ethnic: List the ethnicity of the student
  12. Gender: List the gender of the student
  13. Decision: Disposition of the results of the referral for the student
  14. Sped: List if the student is Special Ed.


Buttons at the Bottom of the Discipline Audit

  1. Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
  2. Print: This button allows the user to print the screen information in a variety of formats. Default is pdf format, but can be changed to xls (Excel), or csv (text).
  3. Help: This button is NOT activated.
  4. Print Selected: Print the selected student by clicking in the square to the left of the student`s name or to select click the square to the left of District
