How-To

  1. Log into WebPams page
  2. On the left, click on Discipline
  3. Under Discipline, click on the arrow to the left of the word List
  4. Click on Suspensions by School and Ethnic Report that appears under List
  5. Once the setup box appears, the following data should be set appropriately to receive accurate data:
    • Year should be set to the school year in which the report data need to be collected from
    • District and School should be defaulted based on the users security information
  6. Grades: Defaults to a blank cell, this will select all grades. Click in the cell to bring up a pick box to select the grade(s).
  7. Ethnic: Defaults to a blank cell, this will select all ethnics . Click in the cell to bring up a pick box to select an ethnic(s).
    • Referral Date From: The date defaults to the first day of school. User may change the date by using the drop down arrow(s) or by clicking on the calendar to the right of the cells.
    • Referral Date To: The date defaults to the last day of school. User may change the date by using the drop down arrow(s) or by clicking on the calendar to the right of the cells.
  8. Click the OK button to begin the Suspensions by School and Ethnic Report.

  1. Site: School number
  2. Name: Student`s name
  3. Enroll: Enrollment of school
  4. W Enr: Number of white students enrolled
  5. W % Enr: Percent of white population
  6. W Dis: Number of white students with a suspension
  7. W % Dis: Percentage of white students percentage that were suspended
  8. B Enr: Number of black students enrolled
  9. B % Enr: Percent of black population
  10. B Dis: Number of black students with a suspension
  11. B Dis: Number of black students with a suspension
  12. H Enr: Number of Hispanic students enrolled
  13. H % Enr: Percent of Hispanic population
