This tab will allow the user to track students immunizations.
Column Headers
Vaccine - Type of vaccination.
Date 1 thru Date 6 - Date of this vaccine.
Due Date - Date this vaccine is due.
Comments - Comments about this screening.
Exempt - Exempt from this vaccine.
Complete - Vaccination is complete.
