How-To

  1. Log into WebPams page
  2. On the left, click on Discipline
  3. Under Discipline, click on the arrow to the left of the word List
  4. Click on Discipline Utility that appears under List
  5. Once the setup box appears, the following data should be set appropriately to receive accurate data:
    • Year should be set to the school year in which the report data need to be collected from
    • District and School should be defaulted based on the users security information
    • From Date and To Date both default to today`s date. This may be changed by clicking on the down arrows or by clicking on the calendar at the right of the line.
  6. Show-Select the correct radio button for the desired identified students.
  7. Click the OK button to begin the Discipline Utility.


Definitions of Column Headers

  1. School: School number
  2. School Name: Name of School
  3. Student Name: Student`s name
  4. Sidno: Student ID number
  5. Referral Date: Dated of the referral
  6. Ref#: Referral number
  7. Days: Number of days for ISS or OSS
  8. From Date: Start date fo ISS or OSS
  9. To Date: Return date from ISS or OSS
  10. IO Flag: Type of suspension, in or out of school
  11. SIS: SIS action code associated with the referral
  12. EXP: Displays if the student was expelled


Buttons at the Bottom of the Discipline Points List

  1. Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
  2. Print: This button allows the user to print the screen information in a variety of formats. Default is pdf format, but can be changed to xls (Excel), or csv (text).
  3. Help: This button is NOT activated.
