Print Options
- Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
- Click the printer icon at the top. A second print servlet will appear.
- Be sure to load your printer with the labels positioned correctly.
- Click the print button at the top left to print the labels.
- Close the original print servlet window.
If your labels do not print properly from the instructions above, you may need to try 3 different procedures.
- Check Fit to Page/Paper on the second print servlet screen as described above. The label display will shrink to better fit the labels. If you do not see the wording actually shrink, you may need to toggle (uncheck and re-check) the Fit To Page/Paper check box. Then choose Print.
- To use your printer's preferences, click on the down arrow (download), then save and name the labels as a PDF to your desktop. Open using Adobe Acrobat to print. Download an Adobe Acrobat if you do not have one. Note that by using this method, the labels will shrink like the Fit to Page/Paper method above.
- Disable the Chrome PDF viewer. Go to Chrome://plugins
- Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
- Save (choose location)
- Click Save
- Open the saved file
- Click File on the task bar
- Click Print
- Go to the section Page Sizing & Handling
- Change Custom scale to 94%
- Check Shrink Over-sized pages
- Orientation - Check Auto portrait/landscape
- Click Print
