This provides the user with a way to to print any health alerts and conditions the student may have.
Column Headers
SIDNO - Student's identification number.
Student's Name - Student's full name.
Grade - Student's grade of enrollment.
School - Student's school of enrollment.
Alert - Student's alert code.
Health Conditions - Description of health condition.
Year - Current year information was entered.
