This program copies the current year Master Schedule to next year. It is normally only done once.

How-to

  1. Log into WebPams
  2. Click on Scheduling.
  3. Click on Create New Year Mast Schedule under Entry.
  4. A set of options will appear on the screen. Verify that Year to Copy From: is set to the current school year (ex. "1314").
  5. Next, verify that Year to Copy To: is set to the upcoming school year (ex. "1415").
  6. Make sure that District and School are correct.
  7. Click OK to copy the Master Schedule from the current school year to the upcoming school year.
  8. Click Undo to remove the copied Master Schedule from the upcoming school year.
