  1. At the setup box: Set the current Year to Search. Set the School
  2. Set Term to the schedule type of your school. Pick 6 Week, 9 Week, 4x4, 4.5, or any of the exam selections.
  3. Next to the word Report, click in the down arrow and set to “>=” (greater than, equal to)
  4. To the left of the word Assignment(s), set to “0”

Note: The report can be set to “greater than”, “equal to”, or “less than” by choosing the appropriate Report option and corresponding number of assignments

  1. Next to For, select the grading period to report on. (In the example below, 1st Nine Weeks was selected).
  2. For Report Type at bottom of setup box, choose Summary.
  1. When data is displayed on the screen, a user reviews the number of assignments posted in JGradebook as well as a count of missing grades.
  2. To sort the report by Number of Assignments, click on the title of the column. To sort the report by Course Name, click on the title of the column.
  3. To print a portion of the report, highlight the section to print, then click Print Selected.
  4. To print the entire report, click Print.
