This document will provide step-by-step instructions for loading locker numbers for students.

  1. Login to WebPams.
  2. Select Loaders under the Student Master program area on the left of the screen.
  3. Select Locker Loader.


Setup Box Option

  1. Verify Year, District, and School. These default values are based on your security settings.
  2. Select Grade. Leave the Grade field blank if all grade levels are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of “Grade” to select the desired grade level(s) to be included.
  3. Select Gender. Leave the Gender field blank if all grade levels are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Gender to select the desired gender to be included.
  4. Select Homeroom. Leave the field blank if all homerooms are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Homeroom to select the desired homeroom to be included.
  5. If individual lockers have been labeled with a numeric value only, use the following steps to load the locker numbers. If lockers are labeled with alpha values only, skip to the next step.
    Select Numeric From. Leave the field blank if all locker numbers are to be available for loading. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Numeric From to select the desired starting locker number.
    Select Numeric To. Leave the field blank if all locker numbers are to be available for loading. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Numeric To to select the desired ending locker number.
  6. If lockers have been assigned an alpha value only, use the following steps to load the alpha values. If lockers are assigned a combination of alpha and numeric values, skip to the next step.
    Select Alpha From. Leave the field blank if all alpha locker values are to be available for loading. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Alpha From to select the desired starting alpha locker value.
    Select Alpha To. Leave the field blank if all alpha locker values are to be available for loading. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Alpha To to select the desired ending alpha locker value.
  7. If lockers have been assigned a combination of alpha and numeric values, select both numeric and alpha from and numeric and alpha to values.
    An example of the list of available combined alpha and numeric values would be locker values from 10 to 30 with alpha values A to B would include 10A, 10B, 11A, 11B, 12A, 12B....30A, 30B.
  8. Select the Print Break on Homeroom in order to print the list of locker assignments for homeroom teachers.
  9. Click Ok to move to the next screen.
  10. The students will be listed on the left side of the screen with available locker labels listed on the right.


Definitions of column headers

  1. Sidno--Student ID number
  2. Student Name--Name of students
  3. Grade--Grade level of students
  4. Homeroom Teacher--Homeroom teacher assigned to the student
  5. Locker Number--Field used for auto-load assignment process
  6. Combination--locker combination; you must click the save manual entry for this value to be written to the student master
  7. Locker Number--Field used for manual load assignment process
  8. Save Manual Entry--click this field to save any manually entered value


Assign individual students a locker number using the 'auto-load' feature by using the following steps.

  1. Click in the blank locker number field beside the name of the student.
  2. An asterisk (*) will appear in the field.
  3. Select locker number value on the right side of the screen.
  4. A message will appear indicating that rows have been updated.
  5. Click Ok.

  3. Select locker number value on the right side of the screen.
