The Program Update Loader allows the user to quickly assign, edit, or remove program codes to groups of students at one time.

Getting Started In the left navigation panel of WebPams, click Student Master, then Loaders, then Program Update Loader.

Setup Box Options

  1. Set the usual items of Year, District, and School.
  2. Active Only: Normally set to checked. This means only students currently enrolled will show on the student listing.
  3. As of Date: Normally set to current date. This is the enrolled date used to determine which active students will show on the listing.
  4. Grade: Leave blank if all grade levels are desired. If specific grade levels are needed, click in the field and select the desired grade level(s).
  5. Program Codes: Leave blank if students with any program code is desired. If students with specific program codes are desired, click to select the program codes to limit students displayed.
  6. Filter Dates: Only needed if the user wishes to limit students who have program begin/end dates within a specified date range. If not needed, leave blank.
  7. Post Dates: Can be left blank, but if the user wishes to load start dates and end dates to the programs assigned to students, enter the begin date and end date here.
    • Note: Not all program codes need an end date. This can be blank. Check with your data coordinator for correct use of the end date with programs in your school/district.
