This list keeps up with the points earned and loss by students.

How-To

  1. On the left, click on Discipline
  2. Under Discipline, click on the arrow to the left of the word “List”
  3. Click on Discipline Points List that appears under List
  4. Once the setup box appears, the following data should be set appropriately to receive accurate data:
    • Year should be set to the school year in which the report data need to be collected from
    • District and School should be defaulted based on the users security information
    • From and To both default to today`s date. This may be changed by clicking on the down arrows or by clicking on the calendar at the right of the line.
    • A balance between-Select A balance between 0 and 100
    • Have no points-Indicates if a student has no points
    • Have committed these these actions-List actions in the cell to the left
    • Have not committed these actions-list actions in the cell to the left
  5. Click the OK button to begin the Discipline Points Audit.

  1. Site: School number
  2. Student Name-Name of student
  3. GD-Grade of student
  4. Bal-Point balance
  5. DiPoints-
  6. Adj-Point adjustment
  7. Award-Points awarded
  8. Earn-Points earned
  9. Disc-Discipline
  10. Att-Attendance of student
  11. Pnt-Points
  12. Ref-Referral
  13. Bus-Bus referral
  14. ISS-Placed in ISS
  15. OSS-Out of school suspension
  16. Sidno-Student ID number
  17. District-School District of student
  18. Homeroom-Homeroom teacher of student

  1. Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
  2. Print: This button allows the user to print the screen information in a variety of formats. See instructions below.
  3. Help: Click to see written instructions and video.
