This program works with the ACT Aspire which is a a vertically scaled modular suite of achievement tests that measures student growth in a longitudinal assessment system.
Menu Location
On the left navigation panel, select Student Master > Interfaces > Aspire.
Setup Options
Year - Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.
District - Default value is based on your security settings. You will be limited to your district only.
School - Default value is based on your security settings. If you are assigned to a school, the school default value will be your school site code. You will not be able to change this
value. If you are a supervisor or other district office employee with access to the Student Information System, you will be able to run programs for one school, a small group of schools, or all
schools in your district.
Grade - Grade level of students whose records need to be edited or whose names are to be included on a report. Leave the field blank if all grade levels are to be included. Otherwise,
click in the field to the right of Grade(s) to select the desired grade level(s) to be included.
Semester - To select all semesters leave the field blank or click in the field and select the check box at the top of the list of semesters; to select one or more semesters click in the
field and select the desired semester(s) from the popup list.
Special Codes - Special Codes must have been entered into the Student Master record for students. Leave blank if all special codes are to be included into the report. Otherwise click in
the field to the right of Special Codes to select the desired special code(s) to view.

Column Headers
Update Indicator - Left blank intentionally.
State - Left blank intentionally.
State District Code - Student's district of enrollment
State School Code - Student's school number of enrollment
Act High School Code - Left blank intentionally.
State Student ID - State assigned student identification number
Local ID - Student's identification number
First Name - Student's first name
Last Name - Student's last name
Middle Name - Student's middle name
DOB - Student's Date of Birth
Gender - Student's gender
Actual Grade - Student's grade of enrollment
Reading Test - Left blank intentionally.
Math Test - Left blank intentionally.
English Test - Left blank intentionally.
Science Test - Left blank intentionally.
Writing Test - Left blank intentionally.
1st Period - 7th Period - Name of course for these periods
b1 - b3 - Left blank intentionally.
Hispanic - Student is Hispanic.
American Indian/Alaskan Native - Student is American Indian/Alaskan Native.
Black/African American - Student is Black/African American.
Native Hawaiian/Other Pacific Islander - Student is Native Hawaiian/Other Pacific Islander.
White - Student is white.
Migrant - Students is migrant.
Economically Disadvantaged - Student is ED students based on lunch status.
IEP - Student who has an IEP.
Sec 504 - Student is 504.
Other Accom. Plans - Left blank intentionally.
Gifted and Talented - Student is in this program.
1st Period - 7th Period - Name of teacher who is teaching this sections class.

Bottom
Setup - Click to go back to the Setup box.
Print - To find the print instructions, follow this link: Standard Print Options.
HELP - Click the Help button on the bottom of the page to view written instructions and/or videos.
To Export this Report
Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML.
The default print option will be PDF.
Change the type to CSV and choose the export type delimiter.
Click OK
Click print again.
A blank preview will appear with a stAspireExport.csv filed named in the lower left corner of the preview.
Click on the file named and it will appear in the format chosen.
