Loading Requests

Course requests for a student are listed on the left side of the panel. Requests are loaded by selecting items from the course catalog at the bottom of the screen. When the requests are loaded, the program will place a square, in the class period per semester, reflecting the master schedule record. All sections for that selected course will be available.

Letters representing the status of the square will be printed within the square.

Letter Definitions:

S - scheduled course

M - manually scheduled course

A - available, not scheduled to max capacity

F - full, scheduled to max capacity
