These instructions will give you a printout of the form students need for documentation of enrollment.
There are two methods for printing the form:
- (1) through the Action button on the Student Master screen
- (2) through the menu item under Student Master.
Method 1: Printing the form through the Action Button on the Student Master screen
- Log in to WebPams.
- Select Student Master on the left side of the screen.
- Find the student using the Student Master find button.
- Click the Action button at the upper right of the window.
- Select Enrollment Status Form from the list of Actions.
- A print preview will appear on the screen.
- If there is no gray rectangle at the bottom right of the window, move your cursor to this area and the gray box will appear.
- Click the printer icon at the right end of the gray box for a print dialog box to appear.
- Click the Print button at the top right of the screen and this window will disappear.
- Close the print preview.
Method 2: Printing the form through the menu item under Student Master
- Log in to WebPams.
- Select Lists under the Student Master area on the left of the screen.
- Select Enrollment Status Form and the Setup Box will appear.
Setup Box Options
- Year--Defaults to current school year.
- District and School--Both of these will default based on your security settings.
- Active Only--check this box if you want to limit the list of students to active students only based on the date below.
- As-of-Date--Students enrolled on or before this date with no exit/leave date will be considered active
- Sidno--List of students by Sidno for whom an Enrollment Status Form will be printed. Select one or more students or leave the field blank for all students or check the box at the top of the student list to select all students
- Grade--To select all students either leave the field blank or click in the field and select the check box at the top of the list. To select one or more (but not all) students click the check box by the name(s).
- Gender--To select all Genders either leave the field blank or click in the field and select the check box at the top of the list. To select one click the check box by the gender.
- Ethnic--To select all Ethnics either leave the field blank or click in the field and select the check box at the top of the list. To print one or more (but not all) ethnics click the check box by the ethnicity.
- Show Remotely Scheduled--Select this check box to include students from other schools that are remotely scheduled into classes at your school.
- Display SSN--Select this check box to include the student SSNs on the status form.
- Special Codes--To select all Special Codes either leave the field blank or click in the field and select the check box at the top of the list. To print one or more (but not all) students based on their special code click the check box by the Special Code.
- Team Codes--To select all Teams either leave the field blank or click in the field and select the check box at the top of the list. To print one or more (but not all) ethnics click the check box by the Team code.
- Show--Select whether to show All students, Sped students only, or Non Sped students.
- Homeroom--To select students from all Homerooms either leave the field blank or click in the field and select the check box at the top of the list. To select one or more (but not all) Homerooms click the check box by the Homeroom name(s).
- Counselor--To select students from all Counselors either leave the field blank or click in the field and select the check box at the top of the list. To select one or more (but not all) Counselors click the check box by the Homeroom name(s).
- Club--To select students from all Clubs either leave the field blank or click in the field and select the check box at the top of the list. To select one or more (but not all) Clubs click the check box by the Club name(s).
- Sport--To select students from all Sports either leave the field blank or click in the field and select the check box at the top of the list. To select one or more (but not all) Sports click the check box by the Sport name(s).
Continuation of printing the Enrollment Status Form
- Click Ok to move to the next screen.
- The screen will display the following information:

- To Print the form click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
- A print dialog box appears on the screen.
- Select the non-editing PDF version.
- Click Print at the bottom of the window.
- If there is no gray rectangle at the bottom right of the window, move your cursor to this area and the gray box will appear.
- Click the printer icon at the right end of the gray box for a print dialog box to appear.
- Click the Print button at the top right of the screen and this window will disappear.
- Close the print preview.
