This program will allow you to create a message via a mobile device.


NOTE to generate a Voice Recording message you MUST already have at least one recording already created.


After logging in to the mobile program site, select the Initiate Message button.


The next screen will show the Select Call Destination options:

  • All Students and Staff
  • All Students
  • All Staff
  • Select Students
  • Select Staff


To initiate a message for All Students and Staff follow these steps.

Select the All Students and Staff button to proceed.

Make a selection from the list: Campaign, Voice Recording, Text to Speech or SMS.

  • To use Campaign,
  • To use Voice Recording, a recording must already exist. Make a selection from the existing messages, the select Send.
  • To use Text to speech, after selecting this option, give the message a title, type the message, then click Send. A message will pop up on the screen giving the number of students that will receive this message. Select Yes to continue, and No to return to the screen to edit.
  • To use SMS, after selecting this option, give the message a title, type the message, then click Send. A message will pop up on the screen giving the number of students that will receive this message. Select Yes to continue, and No to return to the screen to edit.

  • Select Object Function Code - Select a Object Code, the select Next. Select the corresponding Function Code, then select Next.

    To use Voice Recording, a recording must already exist. Make your selection from the existing messages and click Send.
    To use Text to Speech, after making this selection, type the message, then click Send. A message will pop up on the screen giving the number of students that will receive this message. Respond to the question 'Do you want to continue?'
