This program will print the schedules for individual students, schedules for small groups, or the schedules for all students.

Menu Location
Click on Scheduling. Under Lists, select Print Student Schedules.
Setup Options
To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
Year--Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.
District--Default value is based on your security settings. You will be limited to your district only.
School--Default value is based on your security settings. If you are assigned to a school, the school default value will be your school site code. You will not be able to change this value. If you are a supervisor or other district office employee with access to the Student Information System, you will be able to run programs for one school, a small group of schools, or all schools in your district.
Filters (tab)
- Class Period - Check to only display and print the period chosen when printing the student schedule. This is not a "Order to List" feature.
- Select the scheds per page to limit the number of schedules to be printed per page. If you are going to distribute the schedules to students/parents, then select to print 1 per page.
- Printing Options:
- Print Locker information--includes the locker number and lock combination in the schedule header if this information is in the Student Master Record
- Print Comment - Select to print comment of schedule
- Include blank student schedules -- prints students that have no schedule
- Print AB DOW Titles-- if your school use AB DOW titles, it will print on the schedules
- Print unscheduled requests--these will be listed below the scheduled courses
- Only Show Students With Unscheduled Requests --print only students with at least one unscheduled request (can not limit by semester)
- Hide DOW Title - Hide the Days of the Week on the schedule
- Print Master Schedule Comments Instead Of DOW - prints comments from the comment column of the Master Schedule Editor
- Print Short Form (1 Schedule Per Page Only)-This program will allow you to print one student schedule per page for selected students
- Student Lunch ID -- Select to print students lunch ID's on the schedule
- Print Demographics - Select this option to print student demographic information and homeroom, counselor, advisor, team AT THE TOP OF THE SCHEDULES.
- Print State ID Numbers - Select to print the student's state ID on the schedule. Only available when printing one schedule per page
- Print Course State Code - Select to print the course record's state code on the student schedule when printed. Only available when printing one schedule per page.
- Print Course Long Names Instead of Short Names: Select this option to print the course long name instead of the course short names on the student's schedule when printed. The short name will print if no long name has been assigned to the course.
Click OK to move to the next screen. A list of students populates the screen per your settings.

Printing Single, Multiple, or All Students' Schedules
- To print one student's schedule click in the square to left of a student`s name.
- To print schedules for multiple students click the square to the left of each name.
- To print the schedules for all students click the square found above the list of student names.
- Continue the printing process with the following steps.
- After selecting the name(s) of the student(s) click the print button located at the bottom of the page.
- If you included the print comments option in the setup box, a message box will appear. Type the message for the students using up to six lines in the comment box; then click continue.
- A print preview appears on the screen. Click the printer icon at the bottom right of the print preview. Then click the print button at the top right of the preview window.
- Close the print preview window.
