How to

This program will list students who have transferred to your district from another district within the state and those from outside the state.

1. Login to WebPams
2. Under Student Master select Lists
3. Select Out-of-District Gains

Setup Box options

1. Verify Year, District, and School. These default values are based on your security settings.
2. Grade. Leave the Grade field blank if all grade levels are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of “Grade” to select the desired grade level(s) to be included.
3. Entry Date From--enter the date for the program to start by clicking on the calendar to the right of the line and select: month, day and year.
4. Entry Date To--enter the date for the program to end by clicking on the calendar to the right of the line.
5. Click OK to move to the next screen.

Definitions of Column Headers

Sidno--student ID number

Last--last name of the student

First--first name of the student

Mid--middle name of the student

Gender--gender of the student

GRD--grade of the student

EDate--entry date of the student into the school

ECode--code used for the description for entry

Mailing address--mailing address for the student

Physical address--911 address for the student

City--city where the student resides

Zip--zip code for the city where the student resides

Phone Number--phone number for the guardian of the child

Father's Last--last name of the father listed on the Student Master

Father`s First--father`s first name

Mother`s Last--last name of the mother listed on the Student Master

Mother`s First--first name of the mother

Grdn Last--last name of the guardian listed on the Student Master

Grdn First--first name of the guardian
