NO INSTRUCTOR – means there are no PEP210’s (Teacher Class Record) for that section

1. Create partial 210’s in PEP under HR

2. Benchmark classes on file and copy and paste onto Original PEP210 file under correct teacher. Resubmit

NO STUDENTS – means no SIS110’s (student records) for that section

1. If there really are no students in the section, remove section from PEP Original, copy and paste entire PEP record for that teacher into a new file and then resubmit. If there are only a few, go into PEP and update live.

2. If students are listed in master schedule, print the rosters and build a Partial SIS file with 110’s only and select students from rosters then submit. Do one school at a time.
