This program will allow you to fill in information on a pre-printed diploma provided by the State Department of Education.


On the left navigation panel, select Student Master, Lists, and Print Student Diploma.


Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options. For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

  • Special Codes will allow you to choose the different diploma types to print.
  • Student Name All Caps - Check to have the student names display in all caps.


Click OK


To Print Diplomas

  1. Make sure diplomas have been loaded in the printer.
  2. Check student(s) on the list
  3. Click Print Form at the bottom of the screen to print the diploma(s)
  4. Choose a Diploma type - Type of diploma being awarded the student.
  5. Adjust Signature position - Number of lines to move signature down. Zero is the default.
  6. Click OK
  7. You will get a jasperview of the information to be printed on the diploma.
  8. Un-check the option Fit to page
  9. Click Print
