How to

This program will allow you to view/edit a variety of existing test scores such as GEE, LEAP, ACT, etc. You may also enter scores manually instead of importing them.

  1. Log in to WebPams
  2. Select Grades from the program list on the left
  3. Click on Entry
  4. Select Test Score Editor

Set up Box

  1. Verify Year, District, and School. These default values are based on your security settings.
  2. Select Grade. Leave the Grade field blank if all grade levels are to be included in the team assignment process. Otherwise click in the box to the right of “Grade” to select the desired grade level(s) to be included.
  3. Select Gender. Leave the Gender field blank if both genders are to be included in the team assignment process. Otherwise, click in the box to the right of Gender to select the desired gender to be included.
  4. Select Ethnic. Leave the Ethnic field blank if all ethnicities are to be included. Otherwise, click in the box to the right of Ethnic to select the desired ethnicities to be included.
  5. Select Order to List. The choices are Alpha, Grade, Homeroom, or Counselor.
  6. Select Test Type to List. The available test types are Gee 21, LEAP 21, ACT, SAT, National, iLEAP, Plan, Explore, LAA1, LAA2, EOC, SAT-SUBJ. Leaving the selection field blank or selecting ALL will give you results for all Test Types.
  7. Select the Test Month. To restrict the list of student scores requires the selection of a specific month. If you select ALL or if you leave the field blank, all test scores that have been previously entered will be displayed.
  8. Select Test Year. To restrict the list of student scores requires the selection of a specific year. If you select ALL or if you leave the field blank, all test scores that have been previously entered will be displayed.
  9. Select the As-of-Date. This represents active students as of the date you choose. It usually defaults to the current date.
  10. Select Special Code(s) to limit the list of students based on special codes. Special Codes must have been entered into the Student Master record for students.
  11. Select the Test Month. To restrict the list of student scores requires the selection of a specific month. If you select ALL or if you leave the field blank, all test scores that have been previously entered will be displayed.
  12. Select Team Code(s). This selection should only be used if your school is using Team Scheduling. Click in the field and a list of teams is displayed. Click the check box to the left of the team(s) you want to display. To select all students click the check box to the left of Value at the top of the teams list. Selecting the box beside the blank like will select students that have not been assigned to a team.
  13. The Show selection allows you to restrict your list of students to Regular Ed only (non sped), Special Ed only, or All students.
  14. Select Homeroom to restrict scores to a group of students in a specific homeroom or homerooms. Click in the field and a list of homeroom teachers will be displayed. Click the check box to the left of the Homeroom teacher(s) you want to display. To select all students click the check box to the left of Value at the top of the homeroom teacher(s) list. Selecting the box beside the blank like will select students that do not have been assigned to a homeroom teacher.
  15. Checking the High Score Only will give the highest score only for students that have taken tests multiple times.
  16. Click OK to move to the next screen.

How to edit an existing score

After completing the setup box and clicking OK, students that meet the setup box criteria will be displayed on the screen. Follow the next set of steps to edit the score of a student.
