This program lists students with Special codes.


On the left navigation panel, select Student, List and Special Code List.


Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

Click OK to advance to the next page.


NOTE--The iGear is available to view details of a student's information such as schedule, grades, discipline, attendance, etc.


Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

For other columns not listed in the common column list:

StateID--eScholar unique ID for students
Ecode--Entry Code
EDate -- Date of Entry
Lcode--Leave Code
LDate -- Date student left (dropped)
LuCd-- Student's Lunch Code::Lunch -- Student's Luch ID
Phone -- Student's phone number
Special Codes--This column will show all of the special codes for a student(even for students who have exited). These codes are up to three characters in length and are separated by a comma.

Buttons at the bottom of the display

Setup--This allows you to change the values on the setup box without exiting the program.
Print--Use this button to print the report displayed on the screen. Refer to the instructions below for printing the report.
Help--This button links to the JCampus video and written instructions.
