While on a student`s Student Master record, and a single `Student` type letter is needed , the user can click `Action`, then `Letter System` to produce a letter for that student.
Letters are previously created in Letter Maintenance.
Choose a letter by clicking in the Letter box. Only letter(s) with the arena of ST will be listed here for which to choose.
Click OK or Preview to view the letter.
Click OK and the letter will appear in a Print Preview.
