This report gives the user a list of referrals for all students that have been entered into the discipline system.


On the left, click on Discipline, List then Referral List.


  1. Once the setup box appears, the following data should be set appropriately to receive accurate data:
    • Year should be set to the school year in which the report data need to be collected from
    • District and School should be defaulted based on the users security information
    • From and To both default to today`s date. This may be changed by clicking on the down arrows or by clicking on the calendar at the right of the line.
  2. Show Total Referral Counts - check to see total counts per student for year to date and period to date based on the from and to dates.
  3. Show All Referrals For Active Students, Non-Duplicated Student List, or Show Referrals for the To Date by clicking in the square to the left of what is needed for the report. One, two, or all three squares may be checked.
  4. Show: Click in the radio button for the type of students needed.(All-Sped only-Non Sped)
  5. Show: Click in the radio button for the type of students needed.(Non-Remote-Remote-All)
  6. Show Type: All is defaulted but it may be changed by clicking on the down arrow to make the selection of Major or Minor
  7. Club: Leave blank for no clubs to be shown or click in the cell and make your choice(s) from the pick list.
  8. Sport: Leave blank for no sport to be shown or click in the cell and make your choice(s) from the pick list.
  9. Program: Leave blank for no program to be shown or click in the cell and make your choice(s) from the pick list.
  10. Morning Bus: Leave blank for no Morning Bus to be shown or click in the cell and make your choice(s) from the pick list.
  11. Evening Bus: Leave blank for no Evening Bus to be shown or click in the cell and make your choice(s) from the pick list.
  12. Click the OK button to begin the Referral List.

Definitions of Column Headers

  1. Edit: Edit the recorded referral Edit1.png
  2. RSch: Student`s school where referral was recorded
  3. ESch: Student`s school of enrollment
  4. Student Name: Name of student
  5. ESch: Student`s school of enrollment
  6. Sidno: Student ID number
  7. Grade: Student`s grade
  8. Ethnic: Student's race/ethnicity
  9. Gender: Student's gender
  10. Referral #: Referral number
  11. Ref Date: Date of referral
  12. Referral Name:Name of staff referring student
  13. Bus: Is this a bus referral
  14. Inc: Primary Incident Code
  15. Location: Location of referral
  16. Incident Code Description:Primary incident description
  17. Inc Code 1: Incident 1 code number
  18. Inc Description 1: Incident 1 Code 1 description
  19. Inc Code 2: Incident 2 code number
  20. Inc Description 2: Incident 2 Code 2 description
  21. Inc Code 3: Incident 3 code number
  22. Inc Description 3: Incident 3 Code 3 description
  23. Inc Code 4: Incident 4 code number
  24. Inc Description 4: Incident 4 Code 4 description
  25. Bus Ref: Identifies if this is a Bus referral
  26. Staff Name: Name of Staff member referring the student
  27. ACD: Administrator action code 1
  28. Admin Code Desc: Administrator action code 1 description
  29. ACD2: Administrator action code 2
  30. ACD3: Administrator action code 3
  31. ACD4: Administrator action code 4
  32. HCD: Hearing result state code
  33. HCD Description: Hearing results description
  34. Conference: Identifies a conference was held or not held
  35. Type: Referral type (Major/Minor)
  36. Minutes: The number of minutes the student was removed from class and their regular setting

  1. Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
